esd electronics, Inc. offers the most cost-effective combination of CAN hardware plus CAN Analyzer software. Other vendors in the CAN business offer their CAN Analyzing software alone for several thousand Dollars, while esd offers free software in order to support their hardware.

The $475 combination includes the USB to CAN Gateway and the esd SDK (Software Development Kit), which represents the CAN Analyzing software. Drivers are available for Windows and Linux, while the SDK works only under Windows.
